Lovely light croissants and baguettes, plus they sell them as well as hearty sandwiches at greatly reduced prices the following day to stop food waste. It’s inside the covered market, which is a must to visit in St Martin

There are meal deals for €11.90 you can get a wrap + drink + 2x sweets of some kind. The pastries are delicious - from €1.20-€4, there are big brioche bread as well (~8€). I definitely recommend! The only thing as a European I miss is takeaway coffee- Wait time

Madeleine spongieuse comme celles vendus par les industriels. Idem pour le cake poire chocolat. Surgelé ? Cookie au Nutella et non au chocolat. Trop sucré. Une énorme déception. C'est parti à la poubelle.
